Selling a Passage
In some instances, selling your Passage position is possible. Let's explore how that works and when you can do it.

In the above example, you will see a breakout position that has been FULLY FILLED. In this circumstance, your Passage is now locked in and is actively accruing. Since breakouts start at 2x and tick down over time, you may find yourself in a position where you think your position won't breakout and you want to sell. Luckily, there is now an option to SELL your position to the Passage Vault. If this option is available, you will see a green SELL button and then you will be given an offer that is likely a discount to the current estimated fair value of the position. Let's click sell and see what we are offered:

In this offer, we are being offered a discount to fair value for the orderfill. This offer will vary depending on market conditions and the status of the vault. We can choose to ACCEPT or REJECT this offer within the allotted time provided. Accepting the offer will instantly expire the particular filled order, closing it. Remember that a single order can fill in part or in whole and smaller filled parts may be able to be sold independently.
