### **Fund Tokenization**

Tokenization is the cornerstorne to liquidity and modularity for any vault. This added feature can improve accessibility of the strategy, allow markets to emerge, and improve chances for AUM growth for token holders.&#x20;

### Fund onboarding&#x20;

* Fund permissioning can be added with KYC/KYB
* Subscription services can be implemented to onboard users directly to the fund
* Manage white list of users (transfers)

### **Transparency**

Traditional hedge funds are not typically able to provide extreme transparency to activities both on and offchain for many reasons. However, as markets mature and more assets start their journey onchain, transparency of where these assets are being used, how, and in what protocols or exchanges becomes critical to building trust (see Ethena). \

Bracket can deliver a robust dashboard, plugging into existing onchain tools like octav, debank, and more, as well as APIs directly from exchanges / settlement networks to display real-time balances. Users need to know where assets are and what exposure they have to build confidence in the offer.&#x20;
