### Enter the amount

Enter the amount of the supported asset you'd like to stake. $ETH will require you to SWAP, which will be prompted if selected.&#x20;

### Click Stake

You will be prompted to confirm in your wallet, then you will get a successful staking message. You will also see your balance in the staking dashboard under "Balances." **The balance will take \~15 seconds to update.** \ <br>

### Unstake

**Bracket staking allows unstaking at anytime prior to Phase II.** To withdraw, navigate to the stake page, select the "Balances" tab, and then enter the amount you'd like to unstake. You will be prompted with a transaction confirmation in your wallet. \ <br>

### \[BARS]

To view your points, simply go to the "\[BARS]" page and review the leaderboard.  **The \[BARS] calculation is on a 24hrs schedule so please be patient after staking to see your \[BARS] balance.** \ <br>
